Sheep's tail (Juhfark) Hungaricum
Many say it is a sort of Hungarian origin, thereby it is a Hungaricum. Its name is mostly connected to the Somló wine producing region, but it is also a typical wine in the Versend area. It is often confused with the sort called "Csomorika". Its wine in good years is a sweet-smelling quality wine, rich in flavour, mostly fiery and gently acdic, with a whitish-green colour. In our wine region it is ever growing in importance, it is a splendid material for champaign. Several legends are connected to this wine - and it is even called th "Wine of the wedding night"!
