Cabernet Franc
One of the great red grape varieties, mostly appears in cuvées. However, on a good locations, in good years Cabernet Franc is an unique wine with big extracts.
Its bouquet is moderately intense, spicy, sour cherry, slightly earthy and paprika-pepper character can be also recognised in it. The taste is rich, textured, mature, roasty with high tannins and medium acids.
Perfect companion of spicy wild meats.
