Juhfark
This wine has Hungarian origins, mostly known from Somló, but typical at Pécs Wine Region as well. Its name was inspired by the long, thick, cylindrical cluster of the grape.
Strong, dry wine with character, the fragnances are pretty typical, resembles to quince and stone fruits.
Fiery, manly nectar with special acids. Excellent food accompaniment for fish, but also fits well to the fattier, more oily dishes.
